Chris' 3 cd set of artsongs composed on poems by William Carlos Williams has been named a "work of excellence" by Stanford University.
Chris has just finished recording a 3 cd collection of artsongs for Baritone and Piano featuring the poems of William Carlos Williams and the artistry of baritone Cliff Ridley and pianists Anna Vavilove and Tetiana Khvatova. The premiere performance of the first group recorded on Novemeber 30th involved Cliff and Anna . 
This has been a 3 year process to reach the mastered point. Now, Chris is embarking on creating videos for a significant number of the pieces. These are designed to give insight into the artsong process, the poems themselves, and add another dimension to the project. Needless to say, this is a long term project.
